As the Chinese Spring Festival holiday comes to an end, HongFilms has officially resumed work and started the new season in an organized and positive way.
To prepare for a smooth return to production, our team carried out a full facility clean-up routine and workplace organization across the factory. This work helped create a clean, safe, and efficient environment for the restart of our Card Film, Shrink Film, Decorative Film, Playing Cards and other production, laying a solid foundation for the new working season.
We also held a management meeting at the beginning of work. During the meeting, our team reviewed key priorities for the new stage, with a strong focus on safety first, production planning, quality control, operational coordination, and daily management. The meeting helped align our goals and ensure that all departments are ready to move forward with clear direction and shared responsibility.
To mark the start of the new season, we also shared a kickoff dinner with the team. It was a meaningful moment to reconnect, build morale, and welcome the year ahead together.
