Recycling Process
Our rPVC Card Films are produced from certified post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins and post-industrial recycled (PIR) materials reprocessed through a closed-loop system with our own production and downstream partners. By combining these recycled material streams, we provide a stable supply of recycled PVC substrates for the global card industry, backed by RoHS and REACH compliance, as well as GRS and UL certifications. Furthermore, our recycled film has successfully supported card manufacturers in achieving Mastercard CEC approval.
